ABOUT US

Mission

Our mission is to create and normalise inclusive learning environments that meet the individual needs of all children, especially those marginalised by learning differences.

We provide sustainable support, resources, and advisory services to teachers, students, and parents to create belonging in every classroom and foster a culture of acceptance and empowerment.

We are committed to developing comprehensive support systems that help every student thrive academically and personally.

Vision

Our vision is to build a generation of children within the local school community who feel confident, happy, and valued — free from pressures that hinder their growth.

Values

Authenticity: We want children to be able to show up as their authentic selves, so we pride our non-profit organisation on also being authentic in everything we do.

Collaboration: We work in close partnerships to deliver the best we can for SEN children in Hong Kong.

Curiosity: We always bring a growth mindset to all we do.

Empathy: We look at situations through the lens of the person going through it and have compassion for their circumstance.

STRATEGY

Inclusive Learning Environments

Innovative theme-based learning projects that align with the EDB curriculum, along with SEN training for teachers, allows us to create learning environments that enable all children to feel comfortable, happy and confident in the classroom.

Improved Confidence
and Self-Esteem

By providing opportunities to nurture their talents in an accepting and positive environment, children will develop stronger confidence and self-esteem.

Long-lasting positive change

The self-esteem and confidence that children develop will help them establish a better sense of self and self-worth, allowing them to grow into resilient, determined and confident young adults.
